Window to the world (The Cinema)

A proven success at Spark in the Dark 2016, the cinema makes its comeback!

Sit down and let yourself be drawn in to worlds you otherwise rarely see, may it be close ups of flowers unfolding in slowmo or a helicopter view over the Tibetan Mountains!

Full description of the concept

With only a big projector, a small sound system and some fluffy pillows this is where you can sit/lie down and get sucked in to stunning visuals and poetic videos of our world, accompanied by classical music.

We tried this concept the first time at Spark in the Dark 2016, and got a really great response so we’re bringing it back to UB18!

About the group/Artist

Johan L. Heinstedt, and you?

How can other burners co-create with you?

Help me with projections/visuals!
Also, if you have an old computer we can use for the projector, that's very much needed!

What is this?

Congratulations! You've stumbled upon something special. Urban Burn Stockholm is a platform that allows you to share your dreams.

  • Do you need electricity from the grid? How much in Watts? 270 Watts for the projector 100 Watts for the sound system Total: 370

  • Will there be light? Yes, the projector will illuminate a large portion of a wall.

  • Will anything burn? No.

  • What is your audio footprint? Small. There will be a smaller sound system, but it'll mostly play classical music on lower volumes, as a mood setter.
